31.什么是国家级文化生态保护区？什么是国家级文化生态保护实验区？

答：国家级文化生态保护区是指以保护非物质文化遗产为核心，对历史文化积淀丰厚、存续状态良好，具有重要价值和鲜明特色的文化形态进行整体性保护，并经文化和旅游部同意设立的特定区域。

国家级文化生态保护区是根据《国家“十一五”时期文化发展规划纲要 .民族文化保护》中提出的“确定 10个国家级民族民间文化生态保护区”这一目标而建设的，由于提出来时处于试验性阶段，因此各保护区当时暂定为“文化生态保护实验区”，待条件成熟时再正式命名为“文化生态保护区”。

Answer: For the purpose of the Measures, “National Cultural Ecology Reserve” means the specific area established with the approval of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, which takes the protection of intangible cultural heritage at the core and provides holistic protection of the cultural form in good condition that has great historical and cultural accumulation, important value and distinctive characteristics.

National Cultural Ecology Reserve is constructed subject to the goal set up in Guidelines for Cultural Development Planning during the 11th Five-Year Plan Period, National Cultural Protection, namely “to establish 10 National Folk Cultural Ecology National Cultural Protection, namely “to establish 10 National Folk Cultural Ecology Reserve”. Since the goal was to set up in the pilot period of time, so the reserves then nominated were provisionally named as “National Cultural Ecology Reserve Pilot Zone”, and they would be formally renamed as National Cultural Ecology Reserves when conditions are mature.
