30.《国家级文化生态保护区管理办法》 是什么时候颁布的？其制定施行的目的是什么？

答：是 2018年 12月 10日在文化和旅游部部务会议上审议通过的，自 2019年 3月 1日起施行。

《国家级文化生态保护区管理办法》制定施行是为了加强非物质文化遗产区域性整体保护，维护和培育文化生态，传承弘扬中华优秀传统文化，坚定文化自信，满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要。

Q30. When were the Measures for the Administration of National Cultural Ecology Reserves enacted? What is the purpose of that?

Answer: The Measures were deliberated and adopted at the executive meeting of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on December 10th, 2018 and entered into force on March 1st, 2019.

 The Measures are developed to strengthen the overall regional protection of intangible cultural heritage, maintain and nurture cultural ecology, carry forward the fine traditional Chinese culture, build stronger cultural confidence, and meet people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.
