27.非物质文化遗产保护的基本原则是什么？

答：（一）本真性。本真性是要保护原真的、本来的、真实的历史原物，保护它所遗存的全部历史文化信息。

（二）整体性。整体性就是要保护文化遗产所拥有的全部内容和形式，也包括传承人和生态环境。这就是说要从整体上对非物质文化遗产加以关注并进行多方面的综合保护。

（三）可解读性。可解读性是指我们能够从历史遗留下来的文化遗产上辨识、解读出它的历史年轮、演变规律，尤其是内在的精神蕴含。

（四）可持续性。可持续性就是要求我们充分认识到保护非物质文化遗产的长期性和连续性，坚定保护理念，持之以恒地进行这项事业。 

Q27.What are the principles of intangible cultural heritage protection?

Answer: The following principles shall be adhered to when conducting intangible cultural heritage protection: (a) Authenticity: the authentic, original relics as well as the entire historical cultural message conveyed shall be preserved.

(b) Integrity: all content and forms of the cultural heritage, including its inheritor and ecological environment shall be protected as an integral system.

(c) Interpretability: we should be able to identify and interpret the historical process, evolvement rules and spiritual connotation of the cultural heritage.

(d) Sustainability: we should adequately recognize the chronicity and continuity as required by the intangible cultural heritage protection work.
