26.中国非物质文化遗产保护工作的方针是什么？原则是什么？目标是什么？

答：方针是：保护为主、抢救第一、合理利用、传承发展。

原则是：政府主导、社会参与，明确职责、形成合力；长远规划、分步实施，点面结合、讲求实效。

目标是：通过全社会的努力，逐步建立起比较完备的、有中国特色的非物质文化遗产保护制度，使我国珍贵、濒危并具有历史、文化和科学价值的非物质文化遗产得到有效保护，并得以传承和发扬。 

Q26.What are the guidelines, principles and goals of China’s intangible cultural heritage protection?

Answer: Guidelines: the protection of national intangible cultural heritages shall conform “giving priority to protection, putting rescue at the first place, rational utilization, and succession and development”.

Principles: Government playing a leading role, social engagement is encouraged.

The goal is to gradually set up an all-around intangible cultural heritage protection system with Chinese characteristics, whereby the precious, endangered intangible cultural heritage with historical, cultural and scientific value in China can be effectively protected, inherited and enhanced.
