15.中国非物质文化遗产标志有什么寓意？
答：（一）外部图形为圆形，圆是“成佛形”，是保护的意思，同时也象征着循环，永远不会消失。内部图形为方形，与圆形结合，体现了天圆地方的同根文化，方圆相生，渊源共生，也体现了中国非物质文化遗产和中国传统文化的保留与传承。
（二）抽象的双手造型上下共护，意味着小心认真地保护非物质文化遗产。
（三）内部造型为中国历史上最早出现的纹样之一——鱼纹，具有源远流长的意蕴；鱼在中国文化中是富裕、富余的象征，鱼生于水，寓意中国非物质文化遗产源远流长，世代相传。
（四）鱼纹造型又似“天井”，寓意非物质文化遗产诞生在民间，并在民间广泛保留，须要我们加以保护。
（五）圆形融入了汉字“人”“文”，传达出“文化”以及“天人合一”的概念，增添了标志的内涵和识别性；又有“田”字形象，意指中国先民与大地紧密相连，农耕文化根深蒂固，中国文明源于陆地文明，中国非物质文化深植于广袤的大地中。
（六）“×”体现了非物质文化遗产保护的深层意义，通过对非物质文化遗产的研究考证，对人类历史的发展进程不断提出疑问，否定之否定，推动人类文明的进步。
（七）标志图形上的残损，一方面传达出古朴感、质拙感，另一方面更暗示非物质文化遗产的特点、现状，更激励我们加紧对中国非物质文化遗产的保护、珍藏与利用。另外增加了对称图形中的不对称因素，使图形更富有活力，含义丰富而隽永。
（八）红色是中国色，视觉内容丰富，既体现了中国非物质文化遗产的深厚底蕴，又具有奔放的时代活力。
Q15.What is the implication of China Intangible Cultural Heritage logo?
Answer: (a) Outer shape of the logo is a circle, which symbolizes protection and everlasting cycle. Inner shape is a square, which combines with the circle to represent “Round Heaven and Square Earth”, and it stands for the preservation and inheritance of China’s intangible cultural heritage and traditional culture.
(b) In the middle there is an abstract symbol of hands caring the intangible cultural heritage.
(c) Within the space enclosed by the hands there is a pattern in the shape of fish, which is a symbol of affluence in Chinese culture. The fish and water design also implies that China’s intangible cultural heritage has a remote origin just like a splendid river and it will run smoothly from generation to generation.
(d) The fish-shaped pattern also looks like a courtyard in traditional Chinese residence, which implies that intangible cultural heritage has been developed by folk civilians and well retained.
(e) Two Chinese characters respectively meaning “human” and “culture” are implied in the inner circle, and it conveys the concepts of “culture” and “harmony between man and nature”, enhancing the connotation and identification of the logo. In the middle of the logo, there is also an image of Chinese character meaning “farm land”, which reflects the close relationship between Chinese ancestors and land in the profound agricultural civilization.
(f) “×” formed by the blank in the middle demonstrates the in-depth significance of intangible cultural heritage protection: research into the intangible cultural heritage may always raise questions about course of the development of human history, which is helpful for the progress of human civilization.
(g) Damages on the logo convey the feeling of primitive simplicity on the one hand, and imply the features and status quo of intangible cultural heritage on the other, which would stimulate us to strengthen efforts in intangible cultural heritage protection and use.
(h) Red is an auspicious color in China. Here it demonstrates the profound cultural connotation both in intangible cultural heritage and dynamic momentum in the new era.
