9.非物质文化遗产的传承主体是什么？

答：是指某一项非物质文化遗产的优秀传承人或传承群体，即代表某项遗产深厚的民族民间文化传统，掌握着某项非物质文化遗产的知识、技艺、技术，并且具有最高水准，具有公认的代表性、权威性与影响力的个人或群体。他们为社区、群体、族群所公认。传承人是非物质文化遗产的重要承载者和传递者，他们以非凡的才智、灵性，创造着、掌握着、承载着非物质文化遗产相关类别的文化传统和精湛的技艺。非物质文化遗产正是依靠他们的传承才能得以延续。

Answer: The “subject of intangible cultural heritage” refers to the outstanding inheritor or inheritance community of one specific intangible cultural heritage, who should represent the profound folk cultural traditions of certain intangible cultural heritage and hold the state-of-art knowledge, techniques and skills with generally acknowledged representativeness, authority and influence. As important carriers and bearers of intangible cultural heritage, inheritors are creating and holding the cultural traditions and excellent skills, and the intangible cultural heritage shall survive with their inheritance efforts.
