35.国家级文化生态保护区设立的条件是什么？

答：（一）传统文化历史积淀丰厚，具有鲜明地域或民族特色，文化生态保持良好；

（二）非物质文化遗产资源丰富，是当地生产生活的重要组成部分；

（三）非物质文化遗产传承有序，传承实践富有活力、氛围浓厚，当地民众广泛参与，认同感强；

（四）与非物质文化遗产密切相关的实物、场所保存利用良好，其周边的自然生态环境能为非物质文化遗产提供良性的发展空间；

（五）所在地人民政府重视文化生态保护，对非物质文化遗产项目集中、自然生态环境基本良好、传统文化生态保持较为完整的乡镇、村落、街区等重点区域以及开展非物质文化遗产传承所依存的重要场所开列清单，并已经制定实施保护办法和措施；

（六）有文化生态保护区建设管理机构和工作人员；

（七）在省（区、市）内已实行文化生态区域性整体保护两年以上，成效明显。

Q35. What are the conditions for setting up National Cultural Ecology Reserves?

Answer: The following conditions are required to apply for being a National Cultural Ecology Reserve:

(a) It has great historical and cultural accumulation, distinctive regional or ethnic characteristics, and good cultural ecology;

(b) It has abundant intangible cultural heritage resources as an important part of local production and life;

(c)The intangible cultural heritage is carried forward in an orderly manner, which is full of vitality and strong atmosphere. The local people are widely involved and have a strong sense of identity;

(d) The material objects and sites closely related to the intangible cultural heritage are well preserved and utilized, and the surrounding natural ecological environment can provide benign development space for the intangible cultural heritage;

(e) The local people’s government attaches importance to the protection of cultural ecology, draw up a list of the towns, villages and communities having more intangible cultural heritage projects, basically sound natural and ecological environment and relatively well-preserved traditional cultural ecology and other key areas as well as important sites where inheritance of intangible cultural heritage is carried out, and has developed and implemented protective measures;

(f) It has the administrative organs and personnel for the construction of eco-cultural protection zones;

(g) It has carried out overall regional protection of cultural ecology within provinces (districts or cities) for more than two years, with remarkable results.
