29.《福建省非物质文化遗产条例》是什么时候颁布的？其制定施行的目的是什么？

答：是 2019年 3月 28日在福建省第十三届人民代表大会常务委员会第九次会议上通过的，自 2019年 6月 1日起施行。

《福建省非物质文化遗产条例》制定施行的目的是加强非物质文化遗产的保护、保存，传承和发展福建历史文脉，继承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化。

Q29. When were the Regulations on Intangible Cultural Heritage in Fujian enacted? What is the purpose of that?

Answer: It was adopted at the 9th Session of the Standing Committee of the 13th People’s Congress of Fujian Province on March 28th, 2019, and it entered into force on June 1st, 2019.

The Regulations on Intangible Cultural Heritage in Fujian are formulated to strengthen the protection and preservation of the intangible cultural heritage, inherit and carry forward the history and culture in Fujian, and transmit and promote the brilliant traditional Chinese culture.
